PETIT CHINOISERIES

Having worked in space curation and graphic art in both London and Shanghai, partners Kina Zhang and Trajan Jia established the creative art studio “Petit Chinoiseries” in 2018 with the aim of rebuilding the identity and boundary of Traditional Chinese style patterns.

Unlike the original chino style of the western subculture, Petit Chinoiserie want to create a Pan-Asian manifesto with spacial, multi-material and funky features. We want to give our collaborated brands a fresh, topical and aesthetic impression that attracts and encourages the audience to interact, share thoughts, enjoy and desire the works.
